If your claim is accepted and proof is sent, we will provide store credit or remake your order to reship within 7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for pictures of the items and packaging, so please supply them immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Before we begin printing anything we design, you provide direct consent to begin mass printing. Please be sure to double check spelling, graphic placement and elements before approving because if you approve a print and dislike it it in person, this is not grounds for a refund or return.
